1. Nature of Our Products

At Whiskers Magic, all cakes and baked products are freshly prepared and made-to-order. Since our products are perishable and customized, returns are generally not accepted.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun. Once baking or preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Product delivered is significantly different from the confirmed order.
Quality issues verified within 2 hours of delivery.
Wrong product delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Minor design variations in customized cakes.
Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Change of mind after order confirmation.

5. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.

6. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us immediately with order details and clear photographs of the product.
